These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ak47bet platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on ak47bet, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them thoroughly before using the platform.

1.1 Your use of the ak47bet platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by ak47bet, including but not limited to the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Table Games, and Lottery sections.
1.3 ak47bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any services on ak47bet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ak47bet platform is legal in your jurisdiction. ak47bet does not represent that its services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ak47bet. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and close family members of ak47bet and its affiliated companies, game providers, and service partners are not permitted to hold player accounts.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your account lifetime. ak47bet reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). ak47bet operates a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method prior to withdrawal processing. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in temporary withdrawal restriction.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ak47bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ak47bet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. ak47bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Where 2FA is available, enabling it is considered best practice for account security.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ak47bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Available methods are subject to change.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on ak47bet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where currency conversion occurs, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. ak47bet aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. ak47bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to releasing funds.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as maximum transaction limits, are published on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.
4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and AML compliance requirements.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ak47bet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, subject to applicable law and notification to the account holder.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by ak47bet are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms apply unless superseded by specific promotion terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable turnover multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Abuse. ak47bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at ak47bet's sole discretion.
5.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not been activated or do not meet wagering requirements within the specified expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
6.1 Certified Providers. All games offered on ak47bet are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose random number generation systems are independently audited. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are accurate as certified.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. ak47bet's decision on such matters is final.
6.3 Disputed Outcomes. If you wish to dispute a game outcome, you must submit a formal complaint via the ak47bet support channel within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes lodged after this period may not be considered.
6.4 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions performed on-camera. By playing live casino games, you acknowledge that the physical outcome visible on stream is final.

ak47bet reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts and withhold balances where prohibited conduct is established, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the ak47bet platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the intellectual property of ak47bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercialised without the express written consent of ak47bet.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak47bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from system downtime, payment delays, or third-party service failures.
9.2 ak47bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 ak47bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.1 ak47bet is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered users: deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to use the platform. ak47bet conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and may request additional documentation if the age of a user is in question.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via your account settings or through the ak47bet support team. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. Requests will be actioned within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, ak47bet will use reasonable endeavours to prevent you from accessing your account.

11.1 ak47bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory requirement.
11.2 Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified funds will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting ak47bet support. Pending bonuses and their derived winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which ak47bet holds its international gaming authorisation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.
12.2 Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact ak47bet support in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. ak47bet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
13.1 ak47bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at ak47bet.lat/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
